Fresh Byte Software (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website, (website link insert here) (“Website”), or interact with us in any other manner.
Program Description
FreshByte Software sends operational system alerts by SMS to its employees and operations staff who monitor FreshByte's internal EDI integration platform. These messages notify recipients of EDI data-flow events — primarily integration failure and recovery notifications — so staff can respond promptly as part of their job duties. This is an internal operational program. It is not a marketing or promotional program and is not open to the public.
How Staff Enrolled (consent)
Enrollment is limited to FreshByte employees and operations staff. During internal onboarding, staff provide their mobile number and consent to receive these operational alerts on FreshByte's IT/Operations systems-access form. There is no public sign-up form. By providing your mobile number on that form, you agree to receive operational SMS alerts from FreshByte Software at that number.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on system activity. Messages are sent only when a relevant EDI event occurs (for example, when an integration begins failing or recovers).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting FreshByte IT/Operations to have your number removed. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Privacy
